What is Nutritional Therapy?
In its simplest terms Nutritional Therapy attempts to look at the root cause of your particular signs and symptoms (for example IBS, PMS, poor energy) you are experiencing and my job as a Nutritional Therapist is to put together an individualised diet and lifestyle plan to help alleviate these.
Too often we see symptoms such as I.B.S, poor energy and not being able to eat certain foods as just part of normal life but the reality is they aren’t and we should not have to live like this! I’m passionate about helping you improve your health.
One on one consultations which can be conducted in person or via Skype:
An initial consultation lasts about an hour and a half. You will be sent a questionnaire to complete before your consultation which is then discussed in further detail during the session.
You will receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan based on what your goals are. It is very much a collaborative process based on your own ability to take on change at your own pace. Nutrition and lifestyle changes should ultimately challenge you but also allow you to implement change in a sustainable way.
Follow up sessions may be required based on your own personal health goals.
